Data Deletion Request

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app — no email required. If you no longer have access to the app, use the email option below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Evaxify and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings tab (bottom navigation bar).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account, all profiles, vaccination records, and uploaded documents will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by email

Send a deletion request to a.misuna@yahoo.com from the email address registered with your Evaxify account. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.

What gets deleted

Partial deletion

If you want to delete only specific data (e.g., a single profile or specific vaccination records) without deleting your account, you can do so at any time from within the app. Navigate to the profile or record and use the delete option.
